The Denver & Rio Grande Railroad ran a 'Santa Claus Train' during the mid 20th century. This particular image shows the Denver and Rio Grande engine 489 all polished up. Santa Claus and children are visible at back of train. That day, Santa and the kids went to the Unique Theater where he gave out presents and they watched cartoons.
