Dock [Fletcher Bliss] Homan at the Wolcot depot. Western Union sign in the background; dog at left background. Homan was the D. & R.G. agent at Wolcott.
Eagle Valley Enterprise Jan. 10, 1910 p.8: "F. B. Homan the D.&R.G. agent at Wolcott, has been a victim of the influenza the past week, but is getting along nicely toward recovery now."
