Gaylord and Barbara Clark bought the house and outbuildings; the land was a school section which they leased for 99 years.

Laura Hyde Livingston, wearing riding clothes and hat, standing next to saddled horse. Mrs. Livingston was a teacher at Edwards School. Laura was the mother of Bob Livingston (July 11, 1895--Jan. 28, 1983). She is related to the Hyde family (Ardith Hyde Calhoun) of Eagle County.
