Harry Groh on horseback at McCoy, Colorado. Harry married Jessie Brooks in 1914. "Harry and Jessie spent their honemoon and continued to live on the Kibbler Place on Grand River until 1915. Cyrus Dice, at right, and an unidentified man riding horseback at Brush Creek. Cyrus Dice ranched on Brush Creek for many years, moving to Eagle when he retired. He was married to Anna Norman until her death in 1949, and was then married to Imogene Lewis in 1957.

Ponds on Andrew Christensen's place in Eagle. Today located across Highway 6 near the Fishing for Fun Bridge in West Eagle. Christensen was a major cattle producer in the area.

Chet and Ruth Mayer on their 55th wedding anniversary, May 22, 1984. "Chet was one of the first members of the Eagle County Historical Society and a member of the local Cattlemen's Association." -- Eagle Valley Enterprise March 26, 1992
William and Cora Mayer, Chet's parents, ran the Mayer Ranch before Chet inherited it. That area is now the Eagle Ranch subdivision of Eagle, Colorado.

Ellis Bearden, in uniform, standing with his stepmother, Elizabeth Diamond Bearden. Ellis's mother, Maude Lewright Bearden, died in 1933, leaving three sons with husband Roland J. Beardon. Roland and Elizabeth were married in 1939.
