"On the old home farm, threshing time" - from Alda Borah. Leo Daugherty and Alvin Kilgore are carrying a heavy sack over to the pile. Another man oversees the bagging process. The threshing machine is a Gaar Scott & Co, who introduced steam engine threshing machines around 1884, then went out of business in 1911.

This photo of two men, who seem to have either finished or are about to finish loading a cart with what appear to be potato sacks, is undated, but was likely taken at some point in the early 20th century. Neither man in the photo has been identified, yet.
