Spouting rock is one level above Hanging Lake in Glenwood Canyon. Erosion through limestone created the feature which feeds into Hanging Lake.

Construction of the Hanging Lake rest area in Glenwood Canyon, part of the I-70 construction project. This photo was taken on June 27, 1994.
