This Thanksgiving themed postcard, featuring a stereotypical American colonist aiming a muzzle-loading firearm at a wild turkey, was sent to Dorothy Shryack by a cousin named Helen on November 25, 1913. The message on the address side is dated November 24, 1913.

This Valentine's Day card, featuring a small sweaty woodcutter, was sent to Dorothy Shryack by Miss Crawford on February 13, 1913. On the front of the card there is a short poem that reads: "There are lots of girls, and pretty, too, but the sweetest one I saw is ---you!"
