[There is a name issue in that a Stephen Douglas Wilmot is also listed as a Sheephorn rancher. He died in 1904 and is buried at Sunset View Cemetery in Eagle. John Ambos references the Wilmont Ranch on p. 194 of McCoy memories. Cemetery records have Stephen Wilmot listed.]
