Shared marker for: "Horn, Moms, Lulu Graves, Dec. 11, 1887--June 3, 1977; Dad, Arthur Leonard, Nov. 21, 1882--Nov. 5, 1934," in the McCoy Cemetery. A mountain scene with pines, cattle and a horse and rider is engraved on the marker. A brand is engraved at center. At bottom, the inscription reads: "Married June 7, 1905."

29) Burns Stockyards

The yards were built in exchange for the right of way needed by the railroad to go through the Benton Land & Livestock Company property. It was a great help to local ranchers and, when the railroad no longer would ship cattle by rail, it caused hardship for the ranchers...

The large modern ranch house, a little unusual at that early date, can be atrributed to the purchase of a herd of Egeria Park cattle, just before World War One broke out and cattle prices...

Buchholz Mesa was sold to E. M. Tabor and Nick and John opened a livery business in Eagle.
