Frank Maloit's 1930 Hupmobile during spring mud season. The road from Red Cliff to Leadville wasn't paved until the mid-1930s. Beyond that is the Mine Warehouse where Jim Walsh was storekeeper. Beyond that is the head frame for the mine hoist.
