Photo postcard of Muriel, in a standing pose with arms behind her back. She is wearing a bouse with a high lace collar and 3/4 sleeves, over which is a dark blouse and pleated skirt. The verso of the postcard is in ink, addressed to Miss Mayme Stremme [Price], Gypsum, Colo.: "Dear Mayme, a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you. Lovingly Muriel." It does not carry a stamp and does not appear to have been sent through the mail.

Perie and John had two sons, Bertram and Winslow. Perie died in the 1918 flu epidemic. John Green owned Sweetwater Lake and sold it to Paul Gregg, artist for the Denver Post newspaper.
