A graduation program for the Eagle County High School 1916 graduation ceremony. The ceremony was held at the Independent Order of Odd Fellow (I.O.O.F.) Hall in Gypsum on May 18, 1916. The graduating class consisted of Mittie Alda Borah, Dorothy Doll, Jo Shryack, George Russell Spangler, and Louise Thomas.

Alda Borah's map/art book, which she completed for her art class while attending the Eagle County High School. There are several hand drawn images of nature, as well as a map of Maine, and two maps showing the Roman Empire and ancient Greece around the Mediterranean Sea. Some of the drawings are dated from 1914.

An envelope addressed to Frank Edwin Grant. Frank "Ed" Edwin Grant was the younger brother of Mary (Grant) Borah. Ed worked for Alfred Borah for a number of years before moving to Utah. What is unique about this envelope is that it is addressed to Castle, Colorado, now the town of Eagle, dating this envelope to around 1887.

An account of auction ledger for the sale of the Borah ranch. A public auction was held on November 24, 1917. Many locals in the Brush Creek Valley and surrounding towns purchased items at the auction. A poem, written by Julia C. R. Dorr, is on the front of the booklet.

A contour sketch map of the Eagle Vanadium Company's consolidated mines, located along Brush Creek. This map was created in August of 1915. Charles G. Walker, a mining engineer and surveyor, may have drawn the map. According to Alda Borah, Charles "Chas" G. Walker was in charge of surveying all the mines on Salt and Brush Creek.

A land patent given to Mary C. (Grant) Borah by the Land Office at Glenwood Springs. Dated August 8, 1890. This grant was for the "North half of the North East quarter and the East half of the North West quarter of Section twenty-five in Township five South of Range eighty-four West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Colorado containing one hundred and sixty acres," and was signed J. M. Townsend, Recorder of the General Land Office.
