Robert (Bob) Hurkell stands in front of Owens' Grocery Store delivery car. The grocery store was owned by W. E. Owens. He ran the store out of the front room of his home.
The first crew at the dedication of the new Post Office on Sept. 17th, 1938. At the far left is James Adams, Postmaster. And on the far right is George B. Gilbert, Sr. Assistant Postmaster.
George and Lorraine Perrin are shown in this November 8, 1920 portrait. On the back of the photo, faint pencil writing can be seen showing the date, George's age (14 years, 11 months) and Lorraine's age (8 years, 3 months).
